gdc and xcode - template

Getting D to compile and work is quite a task, even if you set out from 
the Standard C Tool template.

So here is a new D Tool template for XCode 2.2+. The D support for Xcode 
files from http://gdcmac.sourceforge.net/xcode.html are required. Then 
just uncompress this template into
/Library/Application Support/Apple/Developer Tools/Project Templates/
Quite a path :).

Now you can create a new project, selecting "D Tool". It is a simple 
command line app, with a man page skeleton with everything set up for 
compilation and debug.
