Where to post bug report for Ubuntu GDC package

I'll leave that up to David Friedman, Arthur Loiret,
Vincenzo Ampolo or whoever takes over the GDC project.

And I could still help with building new binaries, if
there's a new release (like GDC 0.25) in the future...
