Thanks a lot for this - it would have taken ages for me to trace that 
stuff down.

Not sure if this is necessary, but I also installed 'patchutils' because 
"rules clean" complained about 'lsdiff' missing.

However, I'm now still getting the error below.

PS: the wiki page seems to have been deleted during the spam clean up. 
If you need the contents of the raspian_hardfloat page, the page is 
still open in my browser so I can still copy them out.
