Bugzilla Migration

Hi,

Just incase anyone had noticed, GDC's bugzilla has been migrated 
over the last hour away from MySQL and over to Postgres.  Various 
sanity checks and tests were performed during the migration to 
ensure that no data was lost during the progress.

This will be the last maintenance change made on the server.  
Future updates would be to bugzilla itself.
