When building gdc I had to manually create the following folders before the
build would successfully complete:

x86_64-apple-darwin14.4.0/i386/libphobos/libdruntime/import/gcc/gthreads
x86_64-apple-darwin14.4.0/libphobos/libdruntime/import/gcc/gthreads
x86_64-apple-darwin14.4.0/i386/libphobos/libdruntime/import/gcc/unwind
x86_64-apple-darwin14.4.0/libphobos/libdruntime/import/gcc/unwind
