Is there a signup to be notified of RC-1?

Some software in development has a provision for interested people to
be put on a list to be notified when the first Release Candidate is
available.

Is such a list available?

Like many of the "D Alumni Association", I have been VERY impressed
with D, but no longer have the time to be actively involved. Such a
list would be appreciated.

Otherwise, I will continue to check every six to twelve months to see
how D is doing.
