Some sites use server side scripting to serve different css-files to
different browsers. That's one "more compliant" way to do that, but of
course there are several alternatives. One common approach is to make
style sheets as simple as possible to avoid more advanced features or to
use simple inline css and do all the fancy things with Macromedia Flash.
IMHO these pages look quite lame :-\
