DMD 1.013 release

I know it's deliberate.  I'm just saying it's not such a great idea 
because you end up not being sure which version(s) of DMD you have.  You 
have to unpack the zip and run dmd to actually see which you got. 
Hence, a lot like a box of chocolates.
