DFL 0.9.6 release

DFL is an easy-to-use GUI toolkit for the D programming language.

DFL 0.9.6 was released today, including the following changes:

   * Added ability to custom sort and re-sort ListView.
   * Added dfl/statusbar.d with StatusBar control.
   * Added property Application.userAppDataBasePath.
   * Added class Screen to dfl.drawing.
   * Control handles now recreate automatically if a property change  
requires it.
   * Added more examples.
   * Updated Tango compatibility.
