You can just upgrade it to 0.24, there's no need to uninstall 0.23 first

It should work with previous versions too. Worst case it misses an old
import module file in /usr/include/d/4.0.1 somewhere (not a big deal).

BTW; if you open the script in your text editor, you'll see the filelist
