Ancient dmd versions

The 2004 ones are likely candidates (0.101 came out Aug 30, 2004). If 
you don't want to bother figuring out what they are, just email them to 
me and I'll figure it out.

To find out the versions of your old dmd folders, just run \dmd\bin\dmd, 
and it'll tell you the version.
