I had a peek at the CHM... it looks like it's been formatted well and 
properly generated... a very good start indeed.

The only real complaint I have is with the content. :(

After looking through it, it was disturbing to see "to be continued" and 
other editing comments that indicated a WIP.  That's partly my fault 
since I'm supposed to get some of that filled.  It was just painful to 
see a "freeze-framed" view of my negligence. :P

But, thanks, this is a good motivator.  It also made me look at what I 
think needs to be cleaned up or removed from the manual.
