dmd 1.041 and 2.026 releases

I can confirm that this indeed fixes the issues with the infinite loop
in compilation for me.   And it does so without creating any
blahblah__initZ errors too.  This is the first compiler since 1.037
that can actually compile my source.

Not sure about the speed though.  I haven't measured the compile time,
but it did feel like it took significantly longer to compile than
1.037 did.  I'll measure it when I get the chance to see if there's
really a difference or not.
