Then download it manually.

1. https://bitbucket.org/doob/dvm/downloads/dvm-0.4.0-osx
2. chmod +x dvm-0.4.0-osx
3. ./dvm-0.4.0-osx install dvm
4. Open a new terminal
5. Follow these instructions:
