D version of MicroEmacs

It's a fairly rote translation from C, not taking advantage of D. I'd like to 
upgrade it to using ranges, etc. It would make a nice base for someone who feels 
like creating their own IDE.

Yes, I use this editor every day, as it works identically on Windows, Linux, 
OSX, FreeBSD, DOS (!), etc., and is easy to port.
