BTW, with recent browser technologies it's easier to keep 
frameset in sync and linkable, though MSDN shows that the huge 
navigation tree problem is solvable in a nice way, but it's so 
nice it's worth patenting, and another site with the same problem 
(DevExpress docs) doesn't adopt it, soooooo...
