GDC goes github

Morning All,


I have created a new GDC project on github, where I hope people 
will help contribute and continue development of the compiler 
there.

I've been told to cue Walter asking to rename the organisation to 
D-Programming-GDC.  :o)


I have also bought a new server, and will be getting a site up in 
due course.
