GtkD 2.2 released, GTK+ with D.

Hi Mike,

I've installed GtkD 2.2.0 and Gtk+. When building the cairo clock app I get 
the following error...

Error 1 Error 42: Symbol Undefined

I've included all the libs built by the build.d app.
Am I missing a lib?
