LDC 0.13.0 has been released!

Hi everyone,

LDC 0.13.0, the LLVM-based D compiler, is available for download!
This is the first stable release based on the 2.064.2 frontend 
and standard library and supports LLVM 3.1-3.4.2 (OS X: 3.2/3.4.x 
only).
