DlangIDE - initial GDB debugger support

Initial GDB debugging support is implemented.

You can start / stop debugging, set breakpoints, step 
in/out/over, continue.

TODO: stack trace & local variables display


As well, following features implemented:
- bookmarks in source files (toggle, go to next/prev)
- recent workspace list
