Is the problem related to the new CRT in VS2015? Previously I 
thought that the problem is 64-bit only, but it seams like it is 
for both 32-bit and 64-bit MSCOFF.

With the VS2015 x64 Native Tools Command Prompt I did:

AFAIR, the support for VS2015 CRT was merged and is included in 
this release, correct?
