That would be difficult to do in the general case. Here, the mistake was 
in the Markdown syntax ([application framework](vibe-web) instead of 
[application framework][vibe-web]). Something to detect this could 
indeed be nicely built into the blog engine, but as a generic vibe.d 
feature it would be rather difficult to integrate in a nice way.
