I clicked through the Flipcause payment procedure because I know 
that is the preferred channel, and ticked the box for "I'd like 
to cover the processing fee so 100% of my contribution goes to D 
Language Foundation." This adds $20.29 to the bill; is that 
expected? Is it still cheaper than PayPall?
