When will you announce DConf 2020?

Note that my schedule over the next year will probably preclude 
me from having the time to prepare a talk. So there'll likely be 
one slot that I usually take waiting to be filled by someone with 
great new ideas.

This is something I'd personally prefer in general to be honest. 
It's a far better display of an active community if it's not just 
the same people presenting every year.
