Work = Resources * Efficiency

Applicable to IT, CS, and any other form of engineering.

Just putting that out there, FWIW.

"Able to accomplish something" (ie, "work") "with the least waste of 
time an effort" (ie, using minimum "resources")

time and effort" == "resources")
