GCC 12.1 Released (D v2.100-rc.1)

This is AWESOME news!!! Finally, GDC will be able to compile the
up-to-date language. I will be seriously considering using gdc for my
latest projects again.

Huge thanks to Iain for all his hard work through all these years to
make this happen!
