Glad to announce D 2.106.0, ♥ to the 33 contributors.

This release comes with...

- In the D language, it is now possible to statically initialize 
AAs.
- In dmd, there's a new `-nothrow` CLI flag.
- In dub, `dub init` now has a select menu for package format and 
license.
