Unfortunately we still need to resolve a regression that causes issues
with EncodingScheme.create
(<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://issues.dlang.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16291">https://issues.dlang.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16291</a>), you might run into
problems when using std.net.curl.
In case you run into a yet unknown module cycle, this is
likely due to the fixed cycle detection.
We're still working on a -DRT-cyclecheck=printonly switch to allow
making those non-fatal.
