The attached zip contains improved linux.mak, etc/c/zlib/linux.mak and
internal/gc/linux.mak. Maintenance should be much easier now and building
Phobos on mixed 64bit/32bit systems is supported.

Bugs in Phobos are marked that had to be side stepped are marked by "%%".
