           Summary: No builtin equivalents to C++ containers
           Product: D
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: PC
               URL: http://www.digitalmars.com/webnews/newsgroups.php?art_gr
                    oup=digitalmars.D.learn&article_id=9041
        OS/Version: Windows
            Status: NEW
          Keywords: spec
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Phobos
        AssignedTo: bugzilla at digitalmars.com
        ReportedBy: tortoise_74 at yahoo.co.uk

There are no 'official' containers in Phobos equivalent to for example std::set
in C++.
Strictly this is not a defect with the current Phobos but to a newcomer it is
not obvious where to turn. This lack is not mentioned anywhere on the various
websites in comparisons with C++.
An officially sanctioned set of containers (no pun intended) would surely be a
killer app and another Nail in the coffin for C++.
