See test case:

module main2;

import tango.core.Vararg;

void vararg ( ... )
{

}

void main(char[][] args)
{
    vararg(12.23); // no crash
    echo();
}

void echo()
{
    scope(exit) vararg(12.23); // segf in line 5
}
