Though it looks like there are currently some issues related to core.bitop on
github master that are currently being worked on (
https://github.com/D-Programming-Language/dmd/pull/1040 ), so if you _are_
using the latest dmd, druntime, and phobos, that could be why. If that's the
problem, then if you backup your dmd to a couple of days ago, it should be
fine, but I expect that the issue with HEAD will be resolved shortly.
