When doing the following at the command-line:

> $ dmd ma<TAB>

Instead of the file being completed, the following error appears:

> $ dmd ma_get_comp_words_by_ref: command not found 
_get_comp_words_by_ref: command not found 

The problem is resolved by deleting /etc/bash_completion.d/dmd

> (This is with D 2.059 1-click install for Ubuntu)
