I did not check out the latest version (but I thought I did, I just checked
this out recently).  Looks like the error is caused by this commit:
https://github.com/D-Programming-Language/d-programming-language.org/commit/57d9dabd2e0db17ff8cfc70c04eb22865c10c206

Which adds gsoc2012.html to the makefile, but there is no equivalent
gsoc2012.dd file.
