The last missing feature of ctRegex compared to regex.

For example the following test should pass.

import std.algorithm, std.regex;

void main()
{
    auto cr = ctRegex!(`(?<=(ab))\d`);
    auto m = match("12ba3ab4", cr);
    assert(m);
    assert(m.hit == "4");
}
