This is necessary to move the hardcoded link flags into the config file so that
dmd package maintainers can adjust them to different platforms.
Therefor I'm absolutely supporting the proposed implementation.
Matching version flags already allows fine grained yet simple configurations in
dub. http://code.dlang.org/package-format#build-settings
It should work out well for dmd too.
