As the issue was that the std.datetime unit tests were taking too long, and now
they're not, I think that we can close this. I'll be reworking them, which will
affect how long they take, and I'll have to make sure that those changes don't
reintroduce the problem, but I don't think that we need this bug report for
that. That's code improvement but not really fixing a bug. At most, it simply
risks reintroducing the problem of the tests taking too long if I screw up the
changes. As it stands, they seem to be fine.
