OMG that was a long time ago.
In any case this is not a bug with D, but can be reported at github.

I enabled issues for my fork, this is the least I could do:

but I haven't even compiled the thing on recent DMD in the last couple of
years.

Linked DigitalMars bugzilla reports HTTP code 500 for me, so not much luck
there either.
