The link is now fixed. I also attempted to fix the image, but currently it's
only half-working: if the link was recently clicked, and bugzilla still has a
cache of the generated image, then it will show up on the page. Otherwise, it
won't show up until the next time the link is visited. I don't know how to
force bugzilla to refresh the image when the bugstats page is loaded. :-(
