[Issue 7797] std.typelist should be deprecated

Just for reference / posterity:

std.typelist was originally added in Sep 2009
(04216e8d29a4ff4674c9dd332b68962539c368a6). It was first referenced from
another Phobos module in May 2010 (163bd6fe4d54a4042ad720f9d87f82d50c9fb14d) in
a comment, which remains until this day. AFAICT, std.typelist was never
included in any makefiles, so its documentation was never put on dlang.org.
Because of this, I'm wondering if we should even bother with a full deprecation
cycle... maybe it could just be disappeared in 2 months or something like that.
