This will be tricky in general. It's caused by tables inserted in running text
as non-floats (floats can be moved around the doc allowing LaTeX to format text
nicely). At some point we'll need to convert put tables in floats, but then we
need to change text to eliminate reference such as "... as shown in the table
below."
