Thanks for the report. The projects are now based on a wizard for more control
over the used features.

Unfortunately, the installer places VisualDWizard.dll into the wrong directory
for VS2017. If you don't want to wait for the next installer, you can fix it by
moving

"c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual
Studio\2017\Community\PublicAssemblies\VisualDWizard.dll" 

to

"c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual
Studio\2017\Community\Common7\IDE\PublicAssemblies\VisualDWizard.dll"
