View.PopBrowseContext and View.ForwardBrowseContext implemented in
https://github.com/dlang/visuald/releases/tag/v0.48.0-rc1

These seem to be broken for other languages since VS2015, though. See
https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/94907/vs2017-the-command-viewpopbrowsecontext-with-the-k.html
