More ddbg UTF problems

ddbg has a problem evaluating strings of a fixed size when the
text in the string is only a few characters. (the remainder of the
string is set to 0xFF by the compiler).

With Windows, I'm always having to pass a fixed array which gets
partially filled by the OS.

(writefln also has a complains, but that's another problem to address)

The work around is to initialize the string with zeros before using.

import std.stdio;

int main()
{
	char [32]Str;

	Str[0..5]="Hello";
	writefln(Str);
	return 0;
}

Now that I have a chance to work on code again, ddbg is a real joy to use !
