FLTK native in 'D'. Would that be useful?

Hi Matthias!

Yes, i think we can make it true. :D But, naturally, some D-specific 
features must be used in this new instance of FLTK. Delegates comes to 
the first place in my mind when i think about this.

In any case, i am planning working on a D GUI for more than half year... 
Now when you are around, and some other guys i know, we can actually 
start working on it.
