Problem building DWT-Win

I am having trouble trying to compile DWT 3.4.1 using dsss 0.78, dmd 
1.041 and tango 0.99.8 on Windows Vista SP1. I have edited the 
dsss-0.78\etc\rebuild\default and dsss-0.78\etc\rebuild\dmd-win-tango.

I get the following messages from the console:

Could not detect versions.
