The Zeus for Windows IDE, Version 3.97c has just been released:

    Indent column highlighting
    Matched brace highlighting
    Improvements to the code folding
    Improvements to the smart indenting

Zeus is a multi-language editor with D being one of the 
languages supported.

Zeus does D language code folding, syntax highlighting etc.
and can be easily configured to run the D compiler:
