I've never used that VS feature and never felt the need to, so it's not 
top of my priority list...

Visual D has "smart" indentation that you can also use on a selected 
code block similar to what VS offers for C++. But there is no 
reformatting. I'll have a look at Mono-D to see what it might offer.
