Updated Mono-D and it's dub support absolutely rocks!

The big thing I'm missing from coding C# in VS using CodeRush with
Refactor! Pro is the amount of semantic understanding it has about the
code. Using ViEmu, the experience is quite good.

I would gladly spend quite a lot to get the same experience in D
(Windows + VS + CodeRush + ViEmu isn't free either..)
