Visual Studio + VisualD - Breakpoints moving between different versions

Hi,

I've got a project I'm writing and happen to be using both Visual 
Studio 2010 and 2013. The project opens up in both no problem - 
but if I've set breakpoints in one version they are in a 
different place in the other version...
Is this a VisualD 'feature' or Visual Studio?
